Biography
Rafael Nadal (Rafael Nadal Parera) was born in Mallorca (Spain) in the town of Manacor in 1986. His father – a businessman of an average hand, a restaurant owner and an insurance agency. Mum was a housewife all my life, until in 2007, not led the charity Foundation Rafael Nadal (main activity – assistance to the needy, as well as the sponsorship of sports clubs for children from poor families). Raphael has a younger sister Maria Isabel.

Home sports career

In 1994, Rafael won an eight-year regional tennis championship at the age of 12 years. In addition, he enjoyed playing football. At the beginning of his athletic career, he was the World No. 762, a year later he took the 50 th place, and today is considered to be the former first racket of the world. At 18, Nadal has won the Davis Cup, where he was the youngest tennis player who ever won in this tournament.
